Qualifying parts and labor installed at Silver Arrow Service are guaranteed for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first, at participating shops across the country. Twelve months of roadside assistance comes with it. The warranty is extended to you, the customer, and is not transferable.
If there is a defect in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, Silver Arrow Service will either perform the remedial work at no charge, replace the defective warranted parts at no charge, or refund the entire charge for the warranted repair, minus any previous refund.

- Engine performance, drivability services and repair
- Exhaust system
- Fuel system
- Ignition system
- Electronic engine management and on-board computer systems (engine, body, brake and suspension computers)
- Cruise control system
- Steering and suspension, wheel bearings, CV joints and U-joints, half-shafts and driveshafts
- Clutches
- Differential repair or service (excludes transaxles)
- Other minor repairs
Terms
- 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first, measured from the date of the repair and the odometer reading on the repair order.
- Warranty repairs must be performed at Silver Arrow Service if you are within a 25 mile radius. Outside that radius, call the Warranty Administrator at 800-457-0019 before having any work done.
- If the vehicle is inoperable and you are outside the 25 mile radius, you may be eligible for towing benefits.
- Damage caused by neglect, abuse, misuse, alterations or collision is not covered.
- The warranty applies to normal, non-commercial use, with reasonable and necessary maintenance kept up during the warranty period.
- Warranty repair costs will not exceed the cost of the original repair or service.
- The 24/7 roadside assistance program includes towing, lock-out service, help changing a flat, fuel, oil, fluid and water delivery, and jump starts.

- Engine, transmission and their associated gaskets and seals
- Assembly replacement of the same
- Auto body, paint and molding
- Glass repairs
- Tires
- Used parts
- Commercial vehicles
Common questions
- Will an independent shop void my factory warranty?
- No. Under the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a carmaker can't void it because an independent shop did the maintenance. We follow the factory schedule and keep the records.
- What does roadside assistance cover?
- Towing, lock-outs, flat changes, fuel and fluid delivery, and jump starts, at any hour, for 12 months.
- What if it breaks far from Hudson?
- Within 25 miles, bring it back to us. Farther out, call the Warranty Administrator at 800-457-0019 before any work is done.
- What isn't covered?
- Engine and transmission assemblies, body and paint, glass, tires, used parts and commercial vehicles.
