Who we are
This website belongs to Silver Arrow Service, an auto repair shop at 8 Rebel Road, Hudson, NH 03051. You can reach us at 603-566-2075 or info@silverarrowservice.com.
What this website collects
This website has no forms, no accounts and no advertising trackers, and it sets no cookies of its own.
It is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives your IP address, your browser type and the pages you request so it can deliver the site and keep it secure. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and does not identify you.
What you send us
If you call or email the shop, we get whatever you tell us, such as your name, phone number, email address and details about your car. We use it to answer you, schedule work and service your vehicle.
Online booking is run by Tekmetric, our shop management software. When you press Book online you leave this website, and what you enter there goes to Tekmetric and to us under Tekmetric's privacy policy.
Outside services on our pages
The map on our home and contact pages comes from Google Maps, and the pictures on our videos page come from YouTube. When those load, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. Google's privacy policy covers that. Links to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Google reviews take you to those companies' sites, which have their own policies.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the shop and this website, such as Tekmetric and Cloudflare, with parts suppliers and warranty providers when a repair calls for it, and when the law requires it.
Keeping your information
Service records are kept for as long as we need them to service your vehicle, honor warranties and meet legal and tax rules.
Your choices
You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@silverarrowservice.com or call 603-566-2075. Some records have to be kept by law, and we will tell you if that applies.
Children
This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
